Terms & Conditions for DENTAESTHIQUE Registration and Booking

These Terms and Conditions apply to the registration and participation in the DENTAESTHIQUE event organised by TOKUYAMA DENTAL. Final booking, payment, and invoicing are handled by the official TOKUYAMA DENTAL UK distributor, Trycare Ltd.

1. Registration

By submitting the registration form via the official event website, you are registering your interest in participating in DENTAESTHIQUE. Registration becomes binding once the booking is processed by Trycare Ltd. TOKUYAMA DENTAL will forward your registration details to Trycare Ltd for further handling.

2. Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your registration. The final booking and invoicing will be managed by Trycare Ltd. Please ensure that your contact details are correct when submitting the registration form.

3. Payment

Payment will be arranged directly through Trycare Ltd. You may choose between the following payment options:
- On Trycare Account (if you have provided your Trycare account number during registration)
- Bank transfer to Trycare Ltd (you will receive payment instructions)
- Credit/debit card by contacting Trycare directly

TOKUYAMA DENTAL does not process or store payment information.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to events@tokuyama-dental.de. If cancellation is received:
- More than 30 days before the event: Full refund
- 8–30 days before the event: 50% refund
- Less than 8 days before the event: No refund

5. Event Amendments

TOKUYAMA DENTAL reserves the right to make changes to the programme, speakers, dates, times, and venue of the event if necessary. Any such changes will be communicated in advance where possible.

6. Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that the DENTAESTHIQUE event is cancelled, any fees paid will be refunded in full. TOKUYAMA DENTAL is not responsible for any other costs incurred by participants (e.g. travel, accommodation).

7. Photography & Media

Photos and video recordings may be taken during the event. By attending, participants consent to the use of such media by TOKUYAMA DENTAL for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such materials, please notify us in advance.

8. Data Privacy

By registering, you agree to the processing of your personal data for event organisation purposes, including forwarding your data to Trycare Ltd for booking and invoicing. Your data will not be shared with third parties beyond what is necessary for this event.

9. Liability

TOKUYAMA DENTAL and Trycare Ltd accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
