Enhanced chameleon effect

Increased light diffusion inside the material leads to a pronounced chameleon effect. Only a few basic colours are sufficient for a highly aesthetic result.

Optimal gloss

Spherical fillers that, thanks to their shape, can be polished in seconds – for outstanding aesthetics.

Simplified layering technique with ESTELITE ASTERIA

While conventional composites often require complex layering techniques to achieve adequate results, ESTELITE ASTERIA features optical properties that enable highly aesthetic results with just two layers.

Precisely coordinated dentine shades with increased opacity and enamel shades with increased translucency.

RAP Technology

Radical Amplified Photopolymerisation – this is the magic formula for the accelerated curing of ESTELITE composites together with a high conversion rate. RAP initiators enable rapid curing of the material. The repeated use of camphorquinone enables its reduction, increases the stability of the composite and reduces polymerisation stress.

Unrivalled gloss thanks to Sub-Micro-Pearl-Technology

The surface of the composite is decisive for polishability and light reflection. With typical crushed fillers, the light hits highly irregular surfaces that diffuse the light. The surface has a correspondingly matt appearance and requires a long and elaborate polishing process to achieve a glossy result. TOKUYAMA's Sub-Micro-Pearl-Technology ensures a quick and long-lasting gloss with mirror-smooth surfaces.

Excellent polishability

Compared with conventional composites, ESTELITE ASTERIA is particularly easy and fast to polish thanks to its spherical fillers. Excellent results can be achieved after only a short polishing time.

Superior polishability: after just 10 seconds, greater gloss than conventional composites after 60 seconds.
