Yosuke Ozawa new Managing Director of Tokuyama Dental Deutschland GmbH
As part of a reorganisation of the Tokuyama Group, Mr Yosuke Ozawa was appointed as the new Managing Director of Tokuyama Dental Deutschland GmbH on 20 April 2023.
With the acquisition of the previous 49% shareholding held by the joint venture partner Euronda Deutschland GmbH, Tokuyama Dental Deutschland GmbH has been a wholly owned subsidiary of Tokuyama Dental Corporation since 20 April 2023. In the course of this restructuring, Yosuke Ozawa from Japan was appointed as the new Managing Director of Tokuyama Deutschland GmbH.
The Tokuyama Group's strategic goal is to further expand its market share in restorative and prosthetic dental materials in many European countries. By including Tokuyama Dental Deutschland GmbH as a now fully owned subsidiary, the Tokuyama Group will intensify its efforts to expand sales in key markets.
